  2. User Notification: Where practicable, affected Users will be notified by email and provided with the reason for suspension or termination.
  3. Refund of Funds: Upon account closure (except for fraud or regulatory seizure), remaining balances will be returned to the User in accordance with withdrawal procedures, after deduction of any applicable fees or recovery of losses.
  4. User-Initiated Closure: Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected] or via the account management section of rama-ca.com.

Legal Safeguard: Account data will be retained and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
